Important Association Rules

The Executive Board of the Homeowners Association has the responsibility of administering the Community, repairing, maintaining and insuring the Common Facilities, establishing the means and methods of collecting assessments and charges, and arranging for the management of the Community.
The following list some of the important rules governing the community that are in the interest of all homeowners.  Click here for a complete set of Haymaker Pointe Rules and Regulations.

Garbage

Food garbage is to be placed in sealed plastic or metal garbage containers for pickup.  Using only plastic bags is prohibited by our rules and by the Municipality of Monroeville (except old newspapers, magazines, and gift wrap which can be set out in plastic bags).  Garbage should be placed at the curb no earlier than 6:00PM on the night before pickup.

Exterior Maintenance
No work on the exterior of any property can be done without a completed and approved ARC request, filed through the Management office.  Routine maintenance to wooden decks is far less costly than replacement.

Pets
All pet waste is to be cleaned up and disposed of in a closed container.  Your own backyard should be your pet’s primary relief area.  Pets may not be placed on a tether and are not permitted to run loose anywhere in our community.

Parking
Guest parking pads are for the use of guests and visitors.  Please do not park vehicles in the Clubhouse parking spaces.  There is absolutely no parking permitted in any cul-de-sac as this interferes with routine traffic and snow plowing.

Storm Doors
Installing storm doors requires a completed and approved
ARC request, filed through the Management office.  The storm door must be full glass and the color must match your door or your trim color for consistency across the community.

Feeding Animals
Because our community is almost entirely surrounded by woods, please do not put any food such as bread in your yard.  This can draw unwanted critters onto your property.

Satellite Dishes
Erecting any satellite dish on your property requires community approval.  Please complete an
ARC request, filed through the Management office.
